1. Scope & Single Purpose

This Privacy Policy applies to the Insha Institutional Pro - Nifty browser extension ("Extension", "we", "us") operated by Insha Trader Technologies. The single, dedicated purpose of this Extension is to display real-time institutional dual-system breakout levels, reversal gates, ATM option straddle telemetry, and Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) order-flow analytics directly onto supported Dhan TradingView chart tabs (tv.dhan.co and charts.dhan.co) for authenticated subscribers.

2. User Data Collection (What Data We Collect)

In accordance with the principle of data minimization, the Extension collects and processes only the minimum data strictly required to deliver its single purpose:

• Account Authentication Credentials: When you log in via the Extension popup, your subscriber username (or mobile number), password, and generated session token are processed solely to verify your active subscription status against our secure authentication endpoint at https://inshatrader.in.
• Local UI & Display Preferences: Your display settings (such as HUD position coordinates, collapsed/expanded layout state, and audio chime notification toggles) are stored locally in your browser sandbox using chrome.storage.local.
• Session Entitlement Status: While viewing supported Dhan chart tabs, the Extension performs periodic lightweight verification pings to https://inshatrader.in/api/extension/session/ping to ensure the session remains active and to fetch updated calculation parameters.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We believe in strict user privacy and do not collect any unnecessary or sensitive information:

• No Brokerage or Financial Data: We do NOT access, view, intercept, or record your Dhan broker credentials, account balance, personal trading portfolio, or order placements. The Extension operates exclusively as a passive analytical HUD overlay and has zero order execution capabilities.
• No General Web Browsing History: We do NOT track, record, inspect, or log your browsing history or web activity outside of the explicitly declared Dhan chart domains (tv.dhan.co and charts.dhan.co).
• No Keystroke, Screen, or Audio Recording: We do NOT log keystrokes, record your screen, access webcams/microphones, or capture clipboard data.
• No Third-Party Cookies or Trackers: The Extension does NOT contain any third-party analytics libraries (such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel), third-party advertising scripts, or tracking beacons.

4. User Data Handling & Use (How We Use Your Data)

All user data collected or processed by the Extension is handled strictly for the following purposes:

• Authenticating subscriber identity and managing active subscription access.
• Rendering the institutional overlay and streaming live market telemetry calculations onto active Dhan TradingView chart tabs.
• Persisting your custom HUD layout and sound preferences across browser restarts.

We do NOT use user data for targeted advertising, credit assessment, user profiling, or any secondary commercial purposes.

5. User Data Storage, Retention, and Security

• Local Storage: Authentication tokens and display preferences are stored locally in your browser's isolated chrome.storage.local sandbox.
• Data Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the Extension and our servers is secured using modern Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption).
• Retention Policy:
  • Local session tokens remain stored only while your session is active and are permanently deleted immediately upon clicking "Sign Out" or uninstalling the Extension.
  • Subscriber account records are retained on our secure server for the duration of your active subscription.
  • Routine server transmission access logs are kept ephemerally for a maximum of 30 days for server health and DDoS prevention, after which they are permanently deleted.

6. User Data Sharing & All Parties Disclosed

Zero Third-Party Sharing: No user data, personal information, or browsing telemetry is ever transferred or sold to any external parties under any circumstances. All data processing occurs strictly first-party within Insha Trader Technologies' dedicated secure server infrastructure at https://inshatrader.in.

7. User Rights, In-Product Disclosures & Data Deletion

Users have complete control over their data and can delete it at any time:

• In-Product Data Wipe: Clicking the "Sign Out" button in the Extension popup immediately wipes all stored credentials, tokens, and preferences from chrome.storage.local.
• Extension Removal: Removing the Extension from Chrome via chrome://extensions instantly erases all local data and sandboxed storage from your computer.
• Permanent Server-Side Erasure: To request complete and permanent deletion of your subscriber account and associated records from our server database, email us at support@inshatrader.in. All deletion requests are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Chrome Web Store Permissions Justification

• storage: Required solely to store session tokens and UI coordinates locally on the user's computer via chrome.storage.local.
• scripting & tabs: Required solely to inject and update the analytical HUD overlay into supported Dhan TradingView chart tabs (tv.dhan.co, charts.dhan.co).
• activeTab: Required to safely interact with the currently focused Dhan chart tab upon user action.
• host_permissions: Limited strictly to https://tv.dhan.co/* and https://charts.dhan.co/* (to render the analytical indicators) and https://inshatrader.in/* (to verify active subscription entitlement).
